Mini-Retreats

on Whidbey Island

Guided by Kenna Klosterman

Mini-Retreats are for anyone looking to step away from your daily routine and step into a magical space for a rejuvenating reconnection to nature and self.

Nestled in the woods in South Whidbey, your mini-retreat experience will include a series of practices in present moment awareness. Guided practices may include a combination of: sitting meditation, walking meditation, breathwork, mindful movement, forest bathing, music bathing, or nature art. There will be time for inquiry and reflections. Note - no experience is needed.

Embrace your natural curiosity as you get out of your comfort zone and explore both the world around you and the world inside you. You’ll discover you don’t need to travel to the other side of the world to find what you’re seeking. You may just need to slow down to find it’s always and already right here.
