Rejuvenate Through Presence

A Daylong Mindfulness Retreat

with Kenna Klosterman

Saturday July 20th, 9am - 5pm

RECONNECT. RECENTER. REJUVENATE.

How often do you allow yourself to just be? What might happen if you pause for a full day to tune out distractions and tune in to what’s actually right in front of you and inside you? Practicing presence is an opportunity to reconnect with your inner wisdom - your true nature - and let go of what may not be serving you.

  • Are you an over-thinker who experiences physical tension in your body when you feel stress?

  • Do you wish to explore your own mind-body connection?

  • Have you practiced meditation and want to go deeper for a full day?

Join meditation guide Kenna Klosterman for a daylong mindfulness retreat on beautiful Whidbey Island. Something transformative energetically unfolds when you sit alongside others who are also cultivating self-compassion.

Quiet your mind and open your heart with sessions on mindfulness topics of breath & body, thoughts & limiting beliefs, self-compassion & joy.

Experience guided and silent awareness meditations including sitting, walking in nature and gentle movement.

Feel the vibrations.

Sink deeper into calm as we end the retreat with a restorative Sound Bath with Rana Jayne of Seventh Wave Sound Healing. Let the sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other healing instruments and vibrations wash over you as you relax and renew your mind, body, and spirit.
